Consultation & Fees
I offer individual and couples psychotherapy from two North London locations — Hornsey (N8) and Highbury (N5) — as well as online and telephone sessions.
The initial consultation
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy, and for us to decide together whether working together feels right. There is no pressure and no obligation to continue.
All enquiries are treated in complete confidence. Getting in touch does not commit you to anything.
Types of therapy
Individual Psychotherapy
One-to-one sessions using an attachment-based, psychoanalytic approach. We work together to understand the patterns, feelings and experiences that are affecting your life, at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples Therapy with a Certified Imago Couples Therapist
I am a Certified Imago Couples Therapist, trained in Imago Relationship Therapy. My couples work draws on this training alongside my broader psychotherapy background to help partners understand the patterns in their relationship, improve communication and develop greater connection. Imago therapy offers a structured, compassionate framework for working through recurring difficulties and finding a more fulfilling way of relating to each other.
Attachment-Based Psychotherapy
My training at The Bowlby Centre grounds my work in attachment theory — exploring how early relationships shape the way we feel, relate and experience ourselves, and how that understanding can bring about lasting change.
Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
A psychoanalytic approach pays close attention to unconscious processes, recurring patterns and the therapeutic relationship itself as a means of understanding and working through difficulties.
Online Therapy
Sessions are available online via video call or by telephone, for those who prefer to work remotely or are unable to attend in person.
Fees
Concessions may be available for those on a low income or in full-time education. Please feel free to mention this when you get in touch.
